Delhi Election Results 2020: Prashant Kishor, whose consultancy Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) managed AAP's campaign for the Assembly elections, called on Arvind Kejriwal after the party's landslide victory on Tuesday. In visuals released by AAP, Kejriwal and Kishor were seen congratulating each other for emerging victorious against the BJP. Earlier, Kishor took to Twitter to thank voters for protecting the soul of India. "Thank you Delhi for standing up to protect the soul of India!," his post read. Last month, Kishor, who was the vice-president of Janata Dal (United), was sacked from the party's primary membership for  speaking against the party leadership over its stand on the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Kishor had joined the Janata Dal-United in September 2018. He was also made the Vice President of the party. Soon after the polling concluded for the 70-member Delhi Assembly on February 8, top AAP leaders along with Prashant Kishor attended a meeting by Kejriwal over protection of electronic voting machines. According to a party leader, the meeting was called to ensure the EVMs are secured after the exit polls predicted a sweeping victory of AAP, reported IANS.
