New Delhi: The polling in Chandni Chowk constituency in the 2020 Assembly Election elections took place on 8th February. Aam Aadmi Party has fielded Prahlad Singh Sawhney while Suman Kumar Gupta is contesting on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket. Voting in Chandni Chowk Assembly was held on 8 February in which 60.91% voters exercised their vote. Counting of votes in Badarpur Assembly will begin today from 8 am, whose latest information will be available on this page.

  • 1993 Assembly Elections: In 2nd Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between BJP and INC here BJP candidate defeated his INC counterpart with a difference of 4454 votes.

  • 1998 Assembly Elections: In Third Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between INC and BJP here INC candidate defeated his BJP counterpart with a difference of 8162 votes.

  • 2003 Assembly Elections: In 4th Assembly election, INC candidate defeated BJP candidate with a difference of 10866 votes. Here, INC leader Parlad Singh Sawhney attained 26744 votes and BJP candidate Dharamvir Sharma bagged 15878 votes

  • 2008 Assembly Elections: In Fifth Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between INC and BJP here INC candidate defeated his BJP counterpart with a difference of 8020 votes.

  • 2013 Assembly Elections: In 6th Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between INC and BJP here INC candidate defeated his BJP counterpart with a difference of 8243 votes.
