WBJEE 2024: Registration Deadline Extended, Apply By February 5 On wbjeeb.nic.in

The WBJEE 2024 Exam is scheduled to be held on February 28, 2024.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has extended the registration deadline for the WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) 2024. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to submit their registration cum application forms for the West Bengal JEE 2024 till February 5, 2024, on the official website - wbjeeb.nic.in. Following the closure of the online application window, registered candidates will also be able to make changes to their WBJEE 2024 Application Forms from February 7 to 9, 2024. 

As per the previou schedule, the WBJEE 2024 Registration process was scheduled to close on January 31, 2024. As per the official schedule, the WBJEE 2024 Exam will be held on February 28, 2024, in two shifts. While the first paper (Mathematics) will be held from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm, the second paper (Physics and Chemistry) will be held from 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm. The admit card for the exam is slated to be released on February 18, 2024.

Notably, conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB), the WBJEE is a state-level examination aimed at shortlisting suitable candidates for admissions into professional degree courses like B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Arch, etc, in various colleges across West Bengal. However, colleges in West Bengal also consider scores of national-level exams like JEE Main and NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) for admissions. 

The exam is conducted in two languages; English and Bengali in the offline pen and paper mode, the WBJEE Exam has a duration of four hours. The WBJEE Question Paper consists of 3 sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 40 questions each in Physics and Chemistry and 75 in the Mathematics section, in general.
