SAIL Recruitment 2019: The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is inviting applications on the official website - sailcareers.com, for its Bokaro Steel Plant to fill 275 vacancies for the posts of Operator-cum-Technician,  Operator-cum-Technician Trainee and  Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee. The application process is underway and interested candidates must submit their applications online on or before 18th February 2019. SAIL Recruitment 2019 - Vacancy Details: Operator-cum-Technician Trainee - 95 Posts Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler) - 10 Posts Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee (AITT) - 121 Posts Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee (ITI) - 49 Posts Eligibility Criteria: Operator-cum-Technician Trainee: The applicant must possess passing certificate of Matriculation along with a Three years full-time Diploma in Engineering from a Govt. recognized institute in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics & Instrumentation disciplines. Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler): The applicant must possess passing certificate of Matriculation and a Three years full-time Diploma in engineering from Govt. recognized Institute with 1st Class Certificate of Boiler Competency. Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee (AITT): The applicant must possess passing certificate of Matriculation and must be All India Trade Test passed conducted by NCVT, Govt. of India after completing the stipulated period of training as Trade Apprentices in an Integrated Steel Plant. Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee (ITI): The applicant must possess passing certificate of Matriculation with an ITI from Govt. recognized Institute in Electrician, Machinist, Welder, Fitter, Rigger trades only. Apart from academic qualification, the applicants must fulfil physical standards as mentioned in the official advertisement. Age Limit: The applicants must fall under the age of 28 years as on 18th February 2019 for the trainee posts, whereas for the post of Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler) the upper age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement given below: Official Advertisement for SAIL Recruitment 2019 Selection Process: The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of a Written Examination. Candidates who meet 50 percentile score (40 percentile for reserved categories) will be shortlisted for Skill Test / Trade Test in 1:3 ratio.
