UPSC CSE Final Result 2022 Declared: Ishita Kishore Tops, Check Toppers List Here

The UPSC has released the UPSC CSE Result 2022. Ishita Kishore has topped the exam, and a total of 933 candidates have been shortlisted in the UPSC CSE 2022, as per UPSC.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC CSE (Civil Services Examination) Final Result 2022. Candidates who appeared for the final round of the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2022 can now check their results and merit list on the official UPSC website - upsc.gov.in. As per UPSC’s announcement, a total of 933 students have been shortlisted in the UPSC CSE Final Result 2023. 

In the UPSC CSE Result 2023, Ishita Kishore has topped the Civil Services Examination by securing All India Rank 1, in one of India’s most sought-after examinations. A native of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Ishita holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University’s famed Shri Ram College of Commerce. At the Bachelors level, she has also studied International Relations and Political Science as optional subjects. 

Ishita Kishore is followed by Garima Lohia, and Uma Harithi N, who have secured AIR 2 and AIR 3, in the UPSC CSE 2022. Notably, in the UPSC CSE Final Result 2022, a total of 6 female candidates have made it to the Top 10 list.

Notably, the Union Public Service Commission conducted the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2022 in three stages. The final interview round of the selection was held on May 18, 2023. A total of 2,529 shortlisted candidates were called for the interview round. In the UPSC CSE Final Result 2023, the commission has shortlisted a total of 933 candidates including 613 Men and 320 Women candidates. 

Earlier last year, the UPSC conducted the UPSC CSE Prelims Examination 2022 on June 5, 2022. Out of the 11,35,697 total registered, 5,73,735 candidates appeared for the preliminary examination. Following the preliminary examination, the UPSC conducted the UPSC CSE Mains Examination in September 2022 in which 13,090 candidates appeared for.
