UP Police Constable Result 2024 for the written exam is now available on the official website at uppbpb.gov.in.

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has announced the results of the written exam conducted for the recruitment of constables on Thursday.

"The list of candidates found eligible for the next stage of the selection process, scrutiny of records and physical standard test as per the merit of marks obtained in the written examination for Direct Recruitment-2023 to the posts of Constable Civil Police and the related notification has been released on the board's website uppbpb.gov.in," the board said on X.

The UP Police Constable written examination was conducted in two phases, from August 23 to 25 and August 30 to 31, across the state. This year, a total of 48,17,441 candidates registered for the recruitment exam.

The final answer key was released on November 2 and remained accessible on the official website until November 9, 2024.

Through this recruitment process, the board aims to fill 60,244 vacancies, with 20% (12,049) reserved for female candidates and the remaining 48,195 allocated for male candidates.

Step 1: Visit the board's official website at uppbpb.gov.in.

Step 2:
 Click on the "Results" tab on the homepage.

Step 3:
 Select the Constable recruitment exam result link.

Step 4:
 Enter your login credentials.

Step 5: Submit to view your result.

UP Police Constable Result 2024: Exam Pattern

The written examination consisted of 300 questions across four sections, totaling 300 marks:

  • General Knowledge
  • General Hindi
  • Numerical and Mental Ability
  • Mental Aptitude, IQ, and Logical Ability

The duration of the exam was 3 hours.

The next step for shortlisted candidates will be the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and Document Verification (DV). The board will release the cut-off marks and merit list for these rounds along with the written exam result.
