Candidates who appeared for the Tamil Nadu 10th Board Exams 2023 can check their TN SSLC 10th Result 2023 on tnresults.nic.in, using their Roll Number and Date of Birth.

The Directorate of General Education (DGE) Tamil Nadu has announced the TN SSLC 10th Result 2023. Candidates who appeared for the Tamil Nadu 10th Board Exams 2023 can check their results and download their digital marksheet from the official website - tnresults.nic.in. Post the result announcement, the direct link to check Tamil Nadu 10th Board result 2023 is now available on the official result website. Candidates can check and download their digital scorecards using their Roll Number and Date of Birth. 

A total of 9,14,320 appeared for the TN 10th Board Exams 2023, out of which, 8,35,614 have passed the exams. The overall passing percentage in the TN SSLC 10th Result 2023 is 91.39%. The pass percentage for girls in the TN 10th Results 2023 is 94.66%, while that of boys is 88.16%. Notably the overall pass percentage for TN SSLC Results this year is marginally better than the 90.07% pass percentage last year. Candidates may also note that the TN Board has not released the toppers list this year to avoid unhealthy competition among students.

Notably, besides the TN SSLC 10th Result 2023, the Tamil Nadu 11th Result 2023 will also be released today. The link to check TN 11th Results shall be available on the official website - tnresults.nic.in, at 02:00 PM. The date and time of the TN SSLC 10th, 11th Board Results 2023 were notified yesterday. 

Importantly, candidates may note that they are advised to check and verify their digital marks statement after downloading, considering its provisionality. Any discrepancy in the digital marksheet shall be immediately reported to respective school authorities or the Tamil Nadu board. The digital marksheet available for download online will have details like candidates name, roll number, parents name, marks obtained, qualifying status, etc. 

To pass the Tamil Nadu SSLC 10th Exams 2023, candidates need to obtain a minimum aggregate of 33% marks. However, those who couldn’t clear the exams will have the option to clear their TN 10th Board Exams 2023 through the supplementary exams. The DGE Tamil nadu is likely to announce the details of the supplementary exams soon. Earlier this year, the DGE Tamil Nadu conducted the TN SSLC 10th Board Exams from April 6 to 20, 2023. Around 9 lakh students reportedly appeared for the Tamil Nadu SSLC Board Exams 2023, who are now awaiting their results.

  • Download the result copy for future reference
