NIOS Class 10 and 12 Evaluation Criteria 2021 Released

NIOS Class 10, 12 Evaluation Criteria: Students of classes 10 and 12 can check the NIOS Secondary and Senior Secondary public evaluation criteria 2021 online at nios.ac.in.

NIOS Class 10, 12 Evaluation Criteria: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released the objective criterion based on which students of the NIOS Class 10 and 12 board will be evaluated this year. Students of classes 10 and 12 can check the NIOS Secondary and Senior Secondary public evaluation criteria 2021 online at nios.ac.in.

"Policy For Tabulation of Marks For Secondary and Senior Secondary Public Examination June 2021 Based on the Past Performance and Tutor Marked Assignments (TMA)," the institute tweeted on Tuesday. 
 
According to the evaluation criterion, students who have already passed in 4 or more subjects, the average of the best three performing subjects will be considered for the assessment, while for those who have passed in 2 or 3 subjects, the institute will consider the student's performance in the best two subjects for the evaluation. For those who have only passed 1 subject, the average performance of the last 3 NIOS public examination will be taken into consideration. 
 
"For learners appearing for the first time having no past performance....For Sr Secondary, the result will be calculated by adopting a formula based on the mean of maximum theory marks and minimum pass marks in theory multiplied by the TMA ratio. For Secondary students, the result will be calculated by adopting a formula based on the mean of maximum marks and minimum pass marks in the subject multiplied by the TMA ratio," reads the official notification.
