Maharashtra HSC Result 2024: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, MSBSHSE has released the Maharashtra HSC Result 2024 today, May 21, 2024. Students who appeared for the Maharashtra HSC examination 2024 can check and download their results from the board's official website at mahresults.nic.in. Along with the official website, students can access the results through the SMS facility and the DigiLocker app. The board conducted the class 12th examinations from February 21 to March 19, 2024.

This year, the overall pass percentage for class 12 is 93.37%. A total of 1,433,331 students registered for the exam out of which 1,429,923 students appeared and 1,329,684 cleared the exam. Girls outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 95.44%, which is 3.84 percentage points higher than the boys' 91.60%. Konkan division topped the state board with a pass percentage of 97.91%, while Mumbai recorded the lowest pass percentage among all divisions at 91.95%.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Maharashtra Board at mahresults.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the link that reads ‘Maharashtra Board 12th Result 2024’.

Step 3: Click on the HSC result link.

Step 4: Now, enter the Roll number and other credentials.

Step 5: Maharashtra Board 12th Result 2024 will be displayed on your screen.

Step 6: Download the result for your future reference.

Maharashtra HSC Result 2024: Passing Criteria

To pass the Maharashtra board HSC examination 2024, students must score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject and in aggregate. Students failing to meet this passing criteria will have to appear for the Maharashtra HSC supplementary examinations 2024Students failing in more than two subjects will not be eligible for the supplementary exams and will have to repeat the entire year.

  • 75% and above: Distinction
  • 60% and above: First Division
  • 45% to 59%: Second Division
  • 35% to 44%: Pass Grade
  • Below 35%: Failed
