JAC 10th Result 2024 Live Updates: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has released the JAC 10th Result 2024 or Jharkhand Board Class 10 Result 2024 today, April 19, 2024. JAC 10th Result 2024 was announced at 11:30 am in a press conference. Along with the result, the Board shared the pass percentage, topper name, district-wise result and other important statistics. Earlier in a notice JAC Board said, "Annual Secondary Examination, 2024 conducted by Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi will be published on 19.04.2024 at 11.30 AM in Jack Auditorium." 

A total of 4,21,678 students appeared for the class 10 or matric exam this year and the wait of these students are over. Once declared, students will be able to check their results through the official websites; jacresults.com, jac.jharkhand.gov.in and jac.nic.in. Students can check their mark sheets by providing their roll number and roll code.

The JAC Annual Secondary Examination was conducted from February 6 to February 26, from 9:45 am to 1:05 pm. Across the state, a total of 1,238 examination centers facilitated the JAC 10th exams. To successfully pass the examination, students must achieve a minimum percentage of 33% in each subject, as well as overall.

Steps To Check JAC 10th Result 2024

Here are the simple steps to check JAC 10th Result 2024:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Jharkhand Board at jacresults.com.

Step 2: On the homepage, Click on the link that reads, “Result of Annual Secondary Examination 2024”.

Step 3: Enter the required details, such as your roll number and date of birth and click on submit button.

Step 4: Now you can view and download your class 10 result.

Step 5: Take a printout for future reference.

In the previous year, the Jharkhand Board exams were conducted from March 14 to April 3, with the results announced on May 23. 95.38% of students successfully passed the Class 10th examinations last year.

JAC 10th Result 2024 Statistics

  • A total of 4,21,678 students registered for the matric exams.
  • Out of these, 4,18,623 students appeared for the exams.
  • Among the students who appeared, 3,78,398 students successfully cleared the class 10 exams.

In terms of divisions:

  • 2,05,110 students were placed in the first division.
  • 1,53,733 students were placed in the second division.

JAC 10th Result 2024 Live: Girls Vs Boys Pass Percentage

The pass percentage for girls is 91%, whereas for boys, it is slightly lower at 89.70%.

A total of 54.20 percent students got first devision, 40.63 percent students got second division and 5.17 percent students got third division.

The overall pass percentage for this year's JAC 10th result 2024 has declined compared to the previous year. Last year, the overall pass percentage stood at 95.38%, while for this year, it has dropped to 90.39%.
