The Institute of Banking Personnel and Selection (IBPS) has released the result of the IBPS SO (Specialist Officer) Mains Exam 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check and download their IBPS SO Mains Result 2024 through candidate login on the official website - ibps.in. The IBPS notified the declaration of the results through an official notice on its website. After downloading the IBPS SO Scorecards from the official website though, candidates are advised to check and verify all details mentioned on their scorecards and in case of any discrepancy, report the same to the IBPS.

Earlier, the IBPS conducted the SO Mains Examination on January 28, 2024. Candidates who cleared the IBPS SO Prelims Exam 2024 were called to appear for the IBPS SO Mains Examination 2024. Candidates who have cleared the mains exam will now appear for the further round of the recruitment process - personal interview round. The final dates and venues for the interviews, as well as the call letters for the interviews shall be notified by the IBPS in due course of time. 

Notably, the shortlisting of candidates for the IBPS SO Recruitment 2024 shall be done following a three-stage selection process. Earlier, the IBPS conducted the SO Preliminary Exam on December 30 and 31, 2023, in the online mode. The exam paper consisted of 150 questions for a maximum mark of 125. The questions were spread across three sections and each section had a time limit of 40 minutes. The medium of the exam was bilingual with English and Hindi, both, and candidates were allowed a maximum time of 120 minutes to answer all questions.
