The Directorate of Technical Education, Goa, has released the result for the GCET (Goa Common Entrance Test) 2023. Candidates who appeared for the GCET 2023 Examination can now check their results and download their scorecards from the official website - goacet.in. The GCET 2023 Result has been published on the official website as a PDF. Candidates can download the GCET 2023 Result PDF and check for their result looking for their Roll Number in the list. In the Result PDF, the marks of students (denoted by Roll Numbers) scored in each subject: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics has been published. 

Following the GCET 2023 Result announcement, candidates will now be required to register for the GCET 2023 Counselling round. The DTE Goa is expected to release the counselling details like counselling schedule, application process, eligibility criteria, and other details soon on the official website. Candidates may note that the merit list of the GCET 2023 counselling shall be finalized based on preferences marked by candidates and the availability of seats.  For the latest updates on GCET counselling, candidates are advised to keep visiting the official website. 

Earlier this year, the DTE Goa conducted the GCET 2023 Exam on May 13 and 14, at designated test centres across the state. The exam is conducted to shortlist suitable candidates for admissions into various undergraduate engineering and pharmacy courses offered by various universities, colleges and institutions in Goa. 

However, candidates may also note that the GCET 2023 is the last edition of the Goa state-wise entrance exam. From 2024-25 session, admissions into engineering and pharmacy programmes across institutions in Goa will be done on the basis of performance of candidates in JEE Main or the best percentile scored by a candidate in Physics and Chemistry in JEE Main or NEET exam.
