GATE 2024 Result Soon: The Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru is set to release the `GATE 2024 Result. Aspirants who appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering can access their results on the official website of IISC GATE at gate2024.iisc.ac.in. Ahead of declaration of results, the GATE official website is unresponsive. Candidates are advised to keep refreshing the website page. The GATE 2024 exam was conducted on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. Candidate responses were released on February 16, with the answer key following on February 19, 2024. The window for objecting against the answer key remained open until February 25, 2024. Results will be declared on March 16, while candidates can download their scorecards starting March 23, 2024. GATE 2024 Scorecard will be valid for three years from the date of release of Scorecards.

Qualifying in GATE opens doors for admission to Master’s and direct Doctoral programs in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, and Humanities, along with relevant Doctoral programs in Engineering, Science, and Humanities branches.

- Total registrations: Approximately 6.70 lakh.
- Number of papers: 29.
- Total candidates appeared: 5.17 lakh.
- Total candidates passed: Around 1 lakh.
- Pass percentage: Roughly 18 percent.
- Highest pass percentage in a subject: Metallurgical Engineering, approximately 25 percent.
- Number of subjects with above 20 percent successful candidates: 12.
