CBSE CTET Result 2023 Awaited, Here's What We Know So Far

CBSE CTET Result 2023 will be uploaded on the official website at ctet.nic.in.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to release the CTET Result 2023 soon. The specific date and time for the release of CBSE CTET results have not been disclosed by the Board yet. Once the results are made available, candidates who appeared for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) can access them through the official website of CBSE CTET at ctet.nic.in. According to CBSE, the CTET results are expected to be published by the end of September. Prior to the results, the final answer key will be issued.

The CTET exam took place on August 20, with a registration count of over 29 lakh candidates. The attendance rate for the exam was around 80 percent. Among these, 15,01,719 candidates were registered for Paper 1 (for classes 1 to 5), while 14,02,184 were registered for Paper 2 (for classes 6 to 8). The provisional answer key was released on September 16, 2023, and the objection window was closed on September 18, 2023.

Notably, CBSE has closed the window for raising the objections on the provisional answer key.

“If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if any mistake is noticed by the subject experts in the answer key, a policy decision will be notified and the fee shall be refunded. The refund (if any) will be transferred online to the concerned credit/debit card account, so the candidates are advised to pay from their own credit/debit card,” reads a notice on the official ctet website in this regard.
