Assam SEBA HSLC Results Not Today, Says CM Himanta

Assam HSLC exam results will soon be declared. Students must wait for the official announcement from the board, said CM Himanta Biswa Sarma.

After multiple reports of the Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) releasing the results for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination on Thursday, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the wait would be a little longer. He dismissed the reports and said the Class 10 results are not yet ready.

"I would like to inform all parents and students that the HSLC examination results will not be released tomorrow. Once the results are ready, the board will announce them promptly. Please remain patient," Sarma said. Several media reports have mentioned that the Assam Class 10 Board exam results are in the final stages and could be declared soon.

Once ready, the results will be declared at a press conference by the chairman of the Board. This will be followed by the release of the scorecards on the Board's websites  — https://asseb.in, https://sebaonline.org, and https://resultsassam.nic.in.

To check their results, students will need to enter their roll number, as mentioned on their admit cards.

The SEBA Class 10 theory exams were held between February 15 and March 3. The practical exams were conducted on January 21 and 22. Students will be required to score at least 30% overall as well as individually in the theory and practical exams to pass.

Important Details On Online Marksheet

The result will initially be available in the form of a provisional digital mark sheet, which will display key information, including the student’s name, roll number, date of birth, subject-wise marks

Students should be aware that this online version is for reference only and is provincial in nature. The official hard copy of the mark sheet must be collected later from their respective schools.
