Rajasthan RBSE Class 10th Result Declared At rajresults.nic.in; Girls Outshine Boys

The Rajasthan Board Class 10 examinations were scheduled to be held from March 14 to 27. However, some papers were postponed due to the unprecedented outbreak of Coronavirus in the country.

RBSE Class 10th Result 2020: The wait of over 11 lakh students are over as the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has announced RBSE Class 10 results for the academic session of 2019-2020 on its official website today. Students who have appeared for the examination can check their results either on RBSE official website i.e. rajresults.nic.in or news.abplive.com/education. The pending exams were conducted from June 27 to 30 for vocational papers, social science and mathematics. Here's how to check your RBSE Class 10th Result 2020: Step 1: Log on to the official websites- rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in or rajresults.nic.in Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘result link’ Step 3: Log-in using the details provided on your admit card Step 4: Result will appear on the screen Step 5: Download the soft copy of your marksheet and take a print out for further reference ALSO READ | 14-Year-Old Girls From Surat Make Startling Discovery, Find Earth Bound Asteroid Near Mars How to check RBSE Class 10th Result 2020 on phone: Students can check their RBSE Class 10 result on phone simply by sending a text message from their phones. Type RESULTRAJ10roll number and send it to 56263. In order to clear the RBSE Class 10 exams, students need to obtain at least 33 per cent marks in each subject. For subjects having different theoretical and practical aspects, students will have to clear both the exams separately. As per the data released by Rajasthan Board, a total of 11,79,830 students appeared in the Class 10 exams this year. With such massive number of candidates awaiting their results, it might be a possibility that students may face technical issues while checking their scorecard on the websites mentioned above. Students are advised to be patient and in case of any technical error it would be best to wait for a while and check the results after some time. Even for the 2019-2020 academic year, nearly 11 lakh students had appeared in the RBSE class 10 exams and the board had recorded 79.85 passing per cent. The girls had outperformed the boys, securing a pass per cent of 80.35. The passing per cent of boys was recorded at 79.45. This time around too the girls have performed comparatively better as the pass per cent of girls is reported to be 56.32% and that of boys is 55.65 %. Meanwhile, 56.01% of students have passed, which is a sharp drop from the passing per cent last year. However, the reasons can be attributed to the problems and stress induced by the Covid-19 pandemic.
