BSE Odisha 10th Result 2020 Date: The result of Odisha Board of secondary education (BSE) has now announced for Class 10th board examination 2020 results or Odisha HSC via video conefernce and the wait of over 5.35 lakh studnets who appeared in the examination is now over. The scorecard has been released and now students can log into the official websites — bseodisha.nic.in, orrisaresults.nic.in — for their results. Students are advised not to panic if the website of the board doesn't function smoothly, as it can be due to sudden suge in traffic. The pass percentage, toppers' list for BSE Odisha 10th Result 2020 and result analysis are being shared here for the students. 

The board is announcing the results late this year due tothe Coronavirus pandemic situation like other state boards. Apart from the official websites, the students can also check their results via SMS. The results for the HSC exams are expected after 10 am today. More than 5.6 lakh students have taken for the Class X examination 2020 that concluded on 2 March. Like all results, BSE is announcing the result late as the evaluation process was impacted because of the nationwide Covid-19 lockdown.

You can check the result of Odisha HSC Class 10 board exam 2020 result by following the steps below:

    1. Just log into to any of the websites - bseodisha.ac.in or orrisaresults.nic.in

 

    1. Next on the homepage, click on the link Odisha HSC Result 2020 / Matric Results

 

    1. The third step is to open a new page and enter the roll number and other information and enter submit

 

    1. The result will be displayed on your screen. Download and take a printout of it.



The result for the intermediate Class 12 exam will be released in August as per the BSE Odisha secretary.

Last year, the overall pass percentage in the examination was 70.78 percent and a total of 2,05,470 female students and 1,91,655 male students had cleared the exam.

Even as the Class 10 exams finished in time before the lockdown was imposed but the Council for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) Odisha canceled some of the papers of Class 12  in the wake of coronavirus. Like all other boards, they have come up with an alternative assessment scheme similar to the CBSE to announce the results for the class 12 students.

The CHSE Controller of Examinations, Bijay Kumar Sahu has said that 2,18,800 students appeared in Arts stream, 98,536 appeared in Science stream and 25,770 in Commerce for the Class 12 board exams.

Girls outshone boys again
Pass percentage of girls this year was 81.98 per cent, while that of the boys was 77.8 per cent
