PGCIL Recruitment 2018: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has invited applications for 21 Field Engineer and Supervisor posts on the official website of  - powergridindia.com. Power Grid India is inviting applications from Engineering graduates and diploma holders in the Electrical and Civil disciplines to recruit them on a fixed contract term of 24 months. Candidates keen to join PGCIL – one of the world’s largest transmission utilities enterprise - must submit their online applications on or before 20th December 2018. PGCIL Recruitment 2018 - Important Dates: Submission of online application ends – 20th December 2018 Payment of online application fee ends – 22nd December 2018 Vacancy Details: Field Engineer (Electrical) – 07 Posts Field Engineer (Civil) – 10 Posts Field Supervisor (Electrical) – 04 Posts  Eligibility Criteria: Field Engineer (Electrical / Civil) – The applicant must possess a full time B.E./ B. Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical / Civil discipline or equivalent from recognized University / Institute With minimum 55% marks.  The applicant should have one year Post Qualification Experience of design / engineering / construction / testing & commissioning / Electrical / Civil works, etc. in Rural Electrification (RE) / Distribution Management System (DMS) / sub Transmission / Transmission Lines (TL) / Sub Station (S/s), etc. Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in power sector shall be preferred. Field Supervisor (Electrical) –  The applicant must be holding a full time Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized technical Board / Institute or B.E./ B. Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical discipline or equivalent from recognized University / Institute With Minimum 55% marks. The applicant should have one year post Qualification Experience of construction / testing & commissioning / electrical works, etc. in Rural Electrification (RE) / Distribution Management System (DMS) / sub Transmission / Transmission Lines (TL) / Sub Station (S/s), etc. Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in power sector shall be preferred. Age-Limit: The age of the applicant must be less than 29 years. Age-relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement given below. Selection Process: Field Engineer: Candidates will be selected on the basis of scrutiny of applications in terms of eligibility criteria, experience profile, screening test, and interview.
