UPSSSC Auditor, Assistant Accountant Recruitment 2024: Notification Out, Apply From Feb 20 On upsssc.gov.in

The UPSSSC is conducting the recruitment drive to fill a total of 1,828 vacancies for the posts of Auditors and Assistant Accountants in various departments of the UP government.

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the notification for the UPSSSC Auditor Recruitment 2024. As per the official notification, the online application process for the recruitment will begin from February 20, 2024. The online application process for the recruitment will conclude on March 11, 2024. 

While submitting applications for the recruitment, candidates from all categories will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 25. Eligible and interested candidates who wish to participate in the recruitment can check the official recruitment notification on the official website - upsssc.gov.in. Candidates may further note that the last date to pay the application fee and make changes to the submitted applications is March 18, 2024. 

Moreover, to apply for the recruitment, interested candidates must have completed Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or postgraduation from any recognised university, and an ‘O’ diploma in computer. Candidates should also be aged between 21 years to 40 years to apply for the UPSSSC Auditor Recruitment 2024.

As per the notification, the UPSSSC is conducting the recruitment drive to fill a total of 1,828 vacancies for the posts of Auditors and Assistant Accountants. The shortlisting of candidates for the recruitment shall be done though a written Main examination, followed by document verification. However, candidates may note that only those candidates who have appeared and cleared the UP PET Exam 2023 shall be called for the main examination. 

The written examination for the recruitment shall be conducted in a single shift where the exam paper shall consist of a total of 100 questions for a maximum mark of 100. Candidates will be given a maximum time limit of 2 hours to answer all questions. 

“The written test will be of one shift, in which the total number of questions will be 100 and the time duration will be two hours. The questions of the examination will be objective and multiple choice type. Each question will be of one mark. Negative marking will be given for the written test, which will be ¼ i.e. 25 percent of the full marks for that question on each wrong answer,” reads the official notification.
