SSC GD Constable Application 2024 Correction Window Closes Tomorrow

Candidates can make changes in their SSC GD constable application forms through the official website at ssc.nic.in.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the application correction window for the SSC GD constable 2024 exam tomorrow, January 6. Candidates preparing for the exam can perform edits in their SSC GD constable application forms through the official website at ssc.nic.in. Candidates are required to use the login credentials received during the registration process to access and modify the SSC GD constable application form.

According to the official notification, candidates have the opportunity to rectify their application forms from January 4 to 6, 2024. Corrections after the deadline won't be accepted. A fee of Rs 200 is applicable for the first correction and resubmission, while a Rs 500 fee applies for subsequent corrections. Payment can be made online via credit/debit cards, net banking or UPI.

The SSC GD Constable exam 2024 is scheduled from February 20 to March 12, 2024. It comprises four stages: Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and a subsequent medical examination.

Step 5: After making necessary changes, submit the updated application form.

SSC GD Constable 2024 Vacancies

Notably, the SSC is conducting the GD Constable recruitment drive 2024 to fill a total of 26,146 vacancies for the post of GD  in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR). However, candidates may note that the vacancies under this recruitment are tentative and are likely to change, as necessitated by the commission.
