SSB Odisha Recruitment 2024: The State Selection Board Odisha (SSB Odisha) has begun the application process for 786 Lecturer posts at non-government-aided colleges today, March 20. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the application form on the official website at ssbodisha.ac.in. The last date to apply online is April 19, 2024. Candidates are advised to check the official notification carefully before applying for any post.

SSB Odisha Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have a Master's degree with at least 55 percent marks or its equivalent. For SC, ST, SEBC and/or PwD, the minimum marks required is 50 percent.

Age Limit:

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 42 years as of January 1, 2024. Relaxation in the upper age limit has been given to reserve category candidates.

SSB Odisha Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process for candidates will be based on a combination of three components:

1. Written Test: This component carries a total of 150 marks.
2. Career Assessment: Candidates will be evaluated for career assessment, which accounts for 25 marks.
3. Viva Voce: Viva voce will also contribute to the selection process and carry a weightage of 25 marks.

SSB Odisha Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

- Candidates belonging to unreserved and SEBC categories are required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of ₹500.
- For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the application fee is ₹200.
- The fee must be paid online along with the application forms to the account number 35396835756, State Bank of India, Govt. Treasury Branch, Bhubaneswar.
