The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has started inviting applications for the RPSC Professor Recruitment 2024. Interested and eligible candidates who wish to participate in the recruitment drive can submit their registration cum application forms for the recruitment on the official website - rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. The last date to apply for the recruitment is February 21, 2024.

Candidates may note that while applying for the RPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024, they will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 600. However, the application fee for scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category candidates is Rs 400.

The shortlisting of candidates for the recruitment for the recruitment will be done based on a two-tier selection process. In the first stage, registered candidates will be required to appear for a written exam of 200 marks. Candidates will be required to score a minimum of 40% of the total marks to clear the examination. Only those candidates who clear the written examination shall be further called for the interview round.

Notably, the RPSC is conducting the recruitment drive to fill a total of 200 vacancies for the posts of assistant professors in various subjects like Hindi, English, political science, history, Vyakarana, Dharma shastra, Jyotish Ganit, Rigved, Yoga Vigyan, etc. To apply for the recruitment, candidates must be aged between 21 to 40 years, as on January 1, 2024.
