Lok Sabha Consultant Recruitment 2021: A Notification has been issued for recruitment to various posts in Lok Sabha Secretariat. A total of 11 vacancies are available to be filled.

New Delhi: A golden opportunity has opened up for youngsters looking for government jobs. A notification has been issued on a recruitment drive for various posts in the Lok Sabha Secretariat. Candidates willing to work in the country's Parliament can visit the official website, www.loksabha.nic.in, to know available vacancies and further details on recruitment drive.

According to the issued notification, the recruitment drive would be conducted for a number of posts including consultants, junior content writer, event manager and managers. A total of 11 vacancies would be filled as a part of this recruitment drive.
 
As per the notification issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat, consultants would be hired on a contractual basis. Their initial period of employment would be 1 year. It can be extended for another two years, based on their performance. If the candidate doesn't perform upto the expected standards, he could be dismissed without any prior notice.
 
The official notification issued for the recruitment of Consultants on contract basis mentioned, "These Consultants will be involved in preparing speeches, discussion points, monitor messages and social media accounts and any other miscellaneous work relating to the Lok Sabha Secretariat." The application form is available on the official website, www.loksabha.nic.in, where it can be seen and filled. Candidates should remember that the last date to apply is October 11, 2021.

Selection Process:

Candidates would be selected on the basis of a personal interview. The notification said, "Eligible candidates will have to appear for a personal interview before an interview board. Candidates should note that the applicant once selected will not be allowed to withdraw his/her candidature later. He will have to take over the responsibility of his post immediately.
