The syllabus has been decided
The main examination will have two question papers. Question Paper 1 will have 120 questions on general engineering and Question Paper 2 will have 120 questions on engineering. Diploma-level questions will be asked in the two-hour examination. The marks of category-wise minimum qualification for selection in the examination have also been changed. The personnel department has also fixed the syllabus.
These are the exemptions

High technical qualification holders will also be eligible for the application. In addition to the mandatory qualification, candidates will be required to pass matriculation and inter-examination from a recognised educational institution located in Jharkhand. It has also been made mandatory for candidates to have knowledge of local customs, language and surroundings. These rules will not apply to candidates covered by the reservation policy of Jharkhand.
