BSF Recruitment 2023: Application Process For Constable Posts Underway, Apply Now On rectt.bsf.gov.in

Interested candidates can register for the BSF Recruitment 2023 on the official BSF recruitment portal - rectt.bsf.gov.in by March 6, 2023.

The Border Security Force (BSF) has started inviting applications for the BSF Recruitment 2023 for Constable and HC (Veterinary) posts.Interested candidates can apply for the for the BSF Recruitment 2023 online on the BSF recruitment portal - rectt.bsf.gov.in. The last date to register for the recruitment and submit applications online is March 6, 2023. 

The BSF Recruitment Drive 2023 aims to fill a total of 26 vacancies for the posts of Constable and HC (Veterinary) posts. Among the total vacancies, 18 are for HC (Veterinary), and 8 for Constable. To apply for the recruitment drive, candidates must be aged between 18 to 25 years. 

While applying for the BSF Recruitment 2023, candidates will be required to to pay an application fee of Rs 100. However, SC/ST/Female/Ex-serviceman and BSF candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. 

The shortlisting of candidates for the available vacancies will be done through a two-stage selection process. In the first phase, candidates will be required to appear in a written examination with objective-type questions and a total of 50 marks. The second phase will consist of a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standards Test (PST), Documentation, and Medical Examination.

BSF Recruitment 2023: Educational Qualification

Before applying for the BSF Recruitment 2023, applicants must ensure that they meet the below-mentioned educational requirements:

  • For HC (Veterinary ) Post - Candidates must have passed Class 12 exams from a recognized board or university. Candidates should also possess a one-year course in veterinary stock Assistant from any recognized institution, alongside one-year post-qualification experience. 
  • For Constable (Kennelman) Post - Candidates must have passed Class 10 exam from a recognized board or university. Candidates should also have two years experience in handling animals from a Government Veterinary hospital or dispensary or veterinary college or Government Farm.

 

BSF Recruitment 2022: How To Apply Online?

  • Visit the official BSF Recruitment portal - rectt.bsf.gov.in
  • On the homepage, go to the ‘Current Openings’ section and click on the ‘Apply’ button against the post you wish to apply for
  • In the new page that opens, fill in your name, contact number and email id to generate OTP
  • Fill in the BSF Recruitment 2023 Application Form with all required details
  • Upload relevant documents in the prescribed format
  • Pay the application fee and submit the application form
  • Download the application confirmation page for reference
