BPSC TRE 2023: Bihar Govt Adds 50,000 More Vacancies For Phase-2

Interested candidates can apply for the BPSC TRE Phase-2 2023 till November 14, and up to November 17, 2023, with a late fee.

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has added over 50,000 seats into the ongoing second phase of the Bihar Teachers Recruitment 2023. The commission has added a total of 50,263 vacancies for the teachers recruitment for middle, secondary, and higher secondary teachers in the state. As per the earlier schedule, the Bihar government was slated to conduct the recruitment drive of teachers for approximately 1,21,370 school teacher vacancies out of which, 69,706 were supposed to be filled in the BPSC TRE (Teachers Recruitment Exam) 2023. 

Notably, the online registration cum application process for the BPSC TRE Phase-2 2023 is underway and interested applicants can submit their applications for the recruitment till November 14, 2023. Applicants will further be able to apply for the recruitment till November 17, but with a late fine. The online application forms for the Bihar Teachers Recruitment 2023 are to be submitted in the online mode only on the official website - bpsc.bih.bih.nic.in.

The BPSC TRE Phase-2 Application Fee 2023 is Rs 750. However, the application fee for SC, ST and PwD category candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 200. In the second phase of the teachers recruitment, the BPSC aims to induct teachers for English, Hindi, and for Science subjects for Classes 9 and 10, as notified earlier. Furthermore, the commission also aims to induct teachers for non-rashtriya bhasha (NRB) subjects, as well as for Physics.

To apply for the Bihar Teachers recruitment 2023 for Classes 6 to 8, candidates must have cleared the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II or the Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test (BTET) Paper-II. Those applying for teachers for Class 9 20 12 should have cleared the BTET Paper-II. Moreover, all applicants should have completed their Bachelor’s degree, as well as B.Ed degree from a recognised university.   • Visit the official website - bpsc.bih.nic.in
  • On the home page, click on the ‘Apply Online’ button
  • In the new page that opens, click on the BPSC Application Link
  • Click on the application link against School Teacher Application
  • Register online and fill the application 
  • Upload relevant documents
  • Pay the application fee online
  • Submit the application
  • Download the application confirmation page for reference
