ITBP Recruitment 2019: 496 Medical Officers Posts, Earn Upto 209K per month

ITBP Recruitment 2019: As per the official notification, the posts are open for both male and female candidates, who should be willing to be posted anywhere in the country or outside.

ITBP Recruitment 2019 notification to fill 496 vacancies for the posts of Super Specialist Medical Officers, Specialist Medical Officers, and Medical Officers has been released by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP). The online application process for this mega recruitment drive is scheduled to begin next month on Tuesday, 2nd April 2019, on the official recruitment portal of ITBP – recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. The closing date for submission of online applications is Wednesday, 1st May 2019. As per the official notification, the posts are open for both male and female candidates, who should be willing to be posted anywhere in the country or outside. The selected candidates will be placed with Central Armed Police Forces (ITBP, BSF, CRPF, SSB and Assam Rifles), MHA, Govt of India. ITBP Recruitment 2019 - Important Dates: Online application process begins – 2nd April 2019 Online application process ends – 1st May 2019 Vacancy Details: Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second-in-Command) - 04 Posts Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant) - 175 Posts Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) - 317 Posts Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit The eligibility criteria, age limit and other details differ for the posts mentioned above. Interested candidates must refer to the official notification given below to ascertain their eligibility before applying: Official notification for ITBP Recruitment 2019 for 496 Medical Officers Posts Selection Process: ITBP will shortlist candidates on the basis of their applications and invite the shortlisted candidates for the Interview by a Board of Officers. During the selection process candidates will be awarded marks out of 200, on the basis of their general knowledge and prowess in their field of academic study, along with outcome of the personality test in which candidates will be adjudged on their intellectual curiosity, balance of judgement and alertness of mind, ability of social cohesion, integrity of character, and initiative and leadership skills. A candidate must score minimum 50% of the total marks prescribed for the interview of Super Specialist Medical Officers and 40% in case of Specialist Medical Officers and Medical Officers for the purpose of selection at the interview. Candidates who meet the minimum prescribed marks in the interview will be required to undergo Medical Examination. Pay Scale: Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second-in-Command) - Rs.78,800-2,09,200 per month + permissible allowances Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant) – Rs.67,700-2,08,700 per month + permissible allowances Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) - Rs.56,100-1,77,500 per month + permissible allowances
