What Is The Deadline To Submit Response On Two Board Exams For Class 10, And How To Fill CBSE Feedback Form

CBSE plans to introduce dual exams for Class 10 from 2026-27, seeking stakeholder feedback on a draft policy available on its website. The feedback will be considered before the policy is finalised.

CBSE Dual Exam 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has sought feedback from the stakeholders and the public on its proposal to hold two exams for Class 10 from next year. It has posted a Google Form on its website, with a deadline to submit response. The board will review the suggestions, and then finalise the plan.

In its statement issued on Tuesday, February 25, the CBSE said "the draft Policy has been developed after wider discussions and is available on CBSE website", inviting responses from all stakeholders — schools, teachers, parents, students and the general public.

"The responses would be scrutinized and policy be finalized," it added.

The CBSE statement said the proposal was drafted as per a recommendation to this effect in the National Education Policy 2020, to provide students with an opportunity to improve their marks in the Class 10 examinations. The policy was drafted after a meeting at the Ministry of Education where it was discussed that the board would conduct two examinations for Class 10 from the 2025-26 academic session. It was also discussed at the meeting that the CBSE would host the draft policy on its website to get public feedback.

The deadline for the stakeholders to respond to the draft policy is March 9, 2025. The policy will be finalised after a scrutiny of the responses and suggestions.
