The Indian Institute of Science (IISc Bangalore) will close the regular registration window for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) today, October 12, 2023. Candidates can apply for the GATE 2024 on the official website at gate2024.iisc.ac.in. Candidates have the option to submit their application forms until October 20, with the provision of a late fee. For individuals in the general and OBC categories, the registration fee stands at Rs 1,300, while female candidates and those in the SC, ST, and PwD categories will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 900. Beginning tomorrow, a late fee of Rs 500 will be applicable.

GATE 2024 is scheduled to take place for 30 subjects on the following dates: February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. The results of the examination will be officially announced on March 16, 2024, and the scorecards will be accessible starting from March 23, 2024. This examination serves as the gateway for admission to a wide range of postgraduate programs at IISc Bangalore and 23 prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology.
