How to apply for CTET 2019? CBSE will be organizing the 12th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2019 on Sunday, 7th July 2019 in 97 cities across the country, in two shifts.

New Delhi: CTET 2019 Registration is scheduled to close next week on Tuesday, 5th March 2019 on the official website of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2019. The Central Board of Secondary Education aka CBSE – the official organizer of the CTET exam had begun the  online application process for CTET 2019 on Tuesday, 5th February 2019, earlier this month, for candidates seeking Qualifying Certificate to apply for teaching jobs in the government-run schools across the country. CBSE will be organizing the 12th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2019 on Sunday, 7th July 2019 in 97 cities across the country, in two shifts. Teaching aspirants eligible to teach primary classes from I to V must apply for Paper-I and candidates eligible for teaching upper primary classes from VI to VIII must submit their online applications on or before 5th March 2019. Step 1 – Visit the official website – https://ctet.nic.in/CMS/public/home.aspx Step 2 – Click on the tab that reads, ‘Fill Online Application Form for CTET July 2019 Step 3 – Register yourself and Login to your profile Step 4 – Fill the application form, upload requisite documents, pay application fee Step 5 – Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference Direct link to apply for CTET 2019 CTET 2019 - Important Dates: Online application process ends – 5th March 2019 Last date to submit application fee – 8th March 2019, 3:30pm Correction window – 14th to 20th March 2019 CTET 2019 Exam Date – 7th July 2019 CTET 2019 - Eligibility Criteria: Paper-I: The applicant must be Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) passed with minimum 50% marks and must possess 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education or its equivalent or 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) or 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education). Paper-II: The applicant must be a Graduate and must possess 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or equivalent or Integrated B.Ed or B.Ed programme. Final year candidates of the above mentioned Education programmes are also eligible to apply for CTET 2019, Paper-I or Paper-II. Candidates must read through the official notification to ascertain their eligibility before applying. Application Fee: Paper I or Paper II (One Paper) General/OBC – Rs. 700 + GST SC/ST/Differently-abled Person – Rs. 350 + GST Paper I and Paper II (Both Papers) General/OBC – Rs. 1200 + GST SC/ST/Differently-abled Person – Rs. 600 + GST
