CRPF Recruitment 2018: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is inviting applications from meritorious male and female sportspersons to fill 359 vacancies for the posts of Head Constable and Constable under Sports Quota. The application process is currently underway on the official website of CRPF and will continue till 13th January 2019, next month. CRPF Sports Quota Recruitment 2018 - Vacancy Details: Head Constable (General Duty ) – 20 posts Head Male constable – 19 posts Head Female constable – 1 post Constable (General Duty) – 339 posts Male constable – 295 posts Female constable – 44 posts Academic Qualification: Head Constable/General Duty – The applicant must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board or university. Constable/General Duty – The applicant must have passed with matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board or university. Age-Limit: The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 23 years as on 13th January 2019. Age-relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement given below. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Trial test, PST, PET, DME and Medical Examination. Pay Scale: Head Constable/General Duty – The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 25,500 - Rs 81,100 per month Constable/General Duty – The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 21,700 - Rs 69,100 per month. Step 1 – Visit the official website – https://www.crpf.gov.in/ Step 2 – On the homepage, scroll below and click on the advertisement appearing below Recruitment bar. Step 3 – Download the official advertisement and application form by clicking on ‘Recruitment of meritorious sportspersons in Central Reserve Police Force against sports quota’. Step 4 – Fill the application form completely and send it to “The DIG, Group Centre, CRPF, Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi-110072” along with your documents and two attested passport size photographs, with the envelope mentioning as “APPLICATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF SPORTSPERSON IN CRPF AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA-2018”. Official advertisement and application form for CRPF Recruitment 2018-19 Application Fee: The applicants need to pay an application fee of Rs. 100/- via crossed Indian Postal order/Demand Draft/Banker’s cheque along with their application in favor of “DIGP, GC CRPF, Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi. SC/ST applicants are exempted from paying the application fee.
