CBSE Class 10 Science Paper Analysis: 'It Was Easy And Went Very Well,' Says Students

CBSE Class 10 Science Paper Analysis 2024: Check CBSE Class 10 Science paper analysis to assess the difficulty level of the paper.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Class 10 Science paper today, March 02, 2024. Following the CBSE pattern and focusing on the NCERT curriculum, the Science exam aimed for fairness. Students equipped with a solid grasp of the Class 10 NCERT textbook perceived the paper as straightforward, featuring clear and direct questions. "It was easy and went very well," expressed Vihaan Nikhil Kant, a student of Shiv Nadar School, reflecting on his experience with the examination.

Shashwat Mukherjee from the same school said, "It was very similar to the preboard papers he has been attempting in the school." He found the paper to be well-balanced, primarily conceptual and application-based, reflecting the essence of their classroom learning.

A teacher Deepali Srivastava from Shiv Nadar School, Noida, shared her insights, stating, "The paper was brief, and students could easily manage in the allocated time. It was mainly conceptual and application-based, providing students with an opportunity to demonstrate their understanding."

Chinar Banga, another teacher, commented on the paper's structure, saying, "The paper was of moderate length. All students were able to finish it before time and had ample time to revise. Almost 35% of the paper was recall-based. All three sections, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, were of moderate difficulty, with a few direct questions from NCERT Exemplar. There weren't any ambiguous or unfamiliar questions. All three sets were mostly of a similar level."

Avi Saraf from Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, noted, "The paper was much easier than the pre-board paper, and we hope to score well."

Overall, the feedback from students and educators indicated that the Class 10 Science paper was well-received, providing students with a fair and manageable examination experience.
