BHEL Recruitment 2019: The Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Chennai is inviting applications to fill 80 vacancies for the posts of Engineers and Supervisors in Civil discipline for its Western and Southern Region power projects. The selected candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Tenure Basis for a period of two years at BHEL. The online application process has just begun on the official website of BHEL and eligible candidates must apply for the relevant post on or before 25th February 2019. Eligibility Criteria: Engineer - The applicant must possess Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil Engineering from a recognised Indian University / Institute or its equivalent with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for General / OBC and 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates. Supervisor - The applicant must possess Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Indian University / Institute with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for General / OBC and 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates. The applicants for both the posts must have a minimum 2 years post qualification experience as listed in the official advertisement given below: Age-Limit: The applicant must be less than 34 years of age as on 6 th February 2019. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement. Selection Process: BHEL will invite the shortlisted candidates for Personal Interview in the ratio up to 1:10 to the number of vacancies. Pay Scale: Engineer – The selected candidates will receive an all inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.62,100/- per month.
