Delhi MCD Polls 2022: Uttam Nagar Assembly Constituency Wards After Delimitation — Check Details

Delhi MCD Election 2022: Civic polls are scheduled in Delhi on December 4 to elect 250 councillors of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Votes will be counted and results will be declared on December 7.

MCD Election 2022 Live: Delhi State Election Commissioner (SEC) Vijay Dev on November 4 announced dates for the long-due Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. Delhi State Election Commission announced that voting for unified three municipal corporations - East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and North Delhi Municipal Corporation - into one MCD will be held on December 4. Counting of the votes will be held on December 7 and the results will be announced the same day.

In the Uttam Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, there are a total of four wards to go under poll in the 2022 MCD election. The names of the four wards of the Uttam Nagar assembly constituency are Mohan Garden, Nawada, Uttam Nagar, and Binda Pur.

1. Mohan Garden: In the Uttam Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Mohan Garden is ward number one hundred-and-thirteen in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 60,029. The Mohan Garden (Ward 113) MCD seat is unreserved.

2. Nawada: In the Uttam Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Nawada is ward number one hundred-and-fourteen in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 86,959. The Nawada (Ward 114) MCD seat is reserved for women.

3. Uttam Nagar: In the Uttam Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Uttam Nagar is ward number one hundred-and-fifteen in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 68,309. The Uttam Nagar (Ward 115) MCD seat is unreserved.

4. Binda Pur: In the Uttam Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Binda Pur is ward number one hundred-and-sixteen in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 58,750. The Binda Pur (Ward 116) MCD seat is reserved for women.
