A family in Bengaluru was attacked by miscreants who threw stones at the car injuring a child.

Another incident of road rage came to the fore in Bengaluru where miscreants attacked a family inside a car in the city's Kasavanahalli on Wednesday. The hecklers threw stones at the car for not stopping as per their demands.

A child who was inside the vehicle was injured in the pelting, said the victim and had to be rushed to a hospital, reported Hindustan Times.

The victim, Anoop took to social media to narrate his ordeal and shared the video of the incident. In an X post, he wrote, “Rowdies attacked my car near Amrutha College Kasavanahall. They threw a stone at my car, and my child is hospitalised.”

In the viral video, a car could be seen stopped by some miscreants in the middle of the road. They demanded Anoop to get out of the car. When he refused to come out and moved his car forward, stones were hurled at the car.

The glass pane of the car was broken and a child inside the car is said to be injured. A woman who was sitting inside the car was heard screaming in the video and got out of the car immediately.

The reason for the altercation is yet to be known.

Recounting the incident, the woman said that the thugs were not hesitant to attack them even though it was a busy area. "Our child was terrified. We spent hours in the hospital. It has been traumatic both mentally and physically," she added, reported NDTV.
