Shark Tank India: Rannvijay Singh Trolled For Offering Free MBA Course To IIT-PhD Holder, Triggers Laughing Riot
As part of the Shark Tank India show, the host, Rannvijay Singh, also has to promote the sponsors, and that's what sparked meme fest on the internet.
New Delhi: Rannvijay Singha has long remained the popular face of several MTV shows including Roadies, Splitsvilla, and Troll police. However, in his current avatar, as the host of reality business show Shark Tank India, Rannvijay has emerged as the new target for memes with the Internet roasting him asking ‘what is the purpose of Rannvijay on Shark Tank India?’
From just a contestant on Roadies to winning the first season to hosting the show and lastly, as the judge of the Rannvijay had long innings in the show.
As part of the Shark Tank India show, the host also has to promote the sponsors, and that's what sparked meme fest on the internet. In the show, Rannvijay Singh is offering Upgrad Course to the entrepreneur in the show, who is an IIT-PhD graduate.

In the viral video, first shared by a meme page on Instagram called Baba_chuism, the clip begins with the user (who recorded the clip) pointing out at the laptop screen showing the Shark Tank host, Rannvijay Singha standing with two participants.
The user can be heard saying, “So guys, this man has completed his PhD from IIT, completed his post-graduation, and is an electrical engineer, and he is 26 years old, now listen to what Rannvijay has to say.”

The clip goes on to play the conversation between Rannvijay and the participant. The participant said, “I gave my best and for, that I am happy with the results.”
Responding to the participant Rannvijay Singha says, ”That’s why Upgrad brings you an exclusive course, an MBA, which you can complete in 18 months, 24 months, even with your work as per your convenience.) The clip ends with the user laughing out at the video.
Others are adding to this meme fest in Reddit, saying all the money invested on Shark Tank India was actually Rannvijay's, and he is super rich in real life. Another Redditor noted how Rannvijay wasn't even invited to The Kapil Sharma Show along with the judges of Shark Tank India.
Some have also made fun of him for gifting upgrad courses to the contestants who are IIM pass out.
