New Delhi: Tech Giant Google has removed 8 extremely dangerous cryptocurrency apps from its Play Store. These include apps like BitFunds, Bitcoin. If these apps are still on your smartphone Google recommends deleting them immediately.
With the help of these apps, hackers are leaking data from the users' accounts. Once users were done installing the app, hackers used to send a virus to users' accounts through ads, which easily leaked their details. Google has removed them from its platform and has asked users to delete them.
According to a report by security firm Trend Micro, there was no getting away with these ads once you have downloaded these 8 apps.
