Cryptocurrency Price Today: Bitcoin Dips Below $26,000, Altcoins See Red Across Board. Toncoin Top Gainer

Cryptocurrency price on September 1, quick take: The global crypto market cap stood at $1.04 Trillion on Saturday morning.

Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) — two of the most valued crypto coins — were trading around the $25,700 and $1,600 marks, respectively, on Saturday morning. Other popular altcoins — including the likes of Dogecoin (DOGE), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), and Litecoin (LTC) — landed in the greens as overall prices saw losses across the board. The Toncoin (TON) token emerged to be the biggest gainer, seeing a 24-hour jump of over 11.68 percent. KuCoin Token (KCS), on the other hand, turned out to be the biggest loser. 

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap stood at  $1.04 Trillion, registering a 24-hour decline of 0.67 percent.

Bitcoin (BTC) Price Today

Bitcoin price stood at $25,797.29, registering a 24-hour loss of 0.85 percent, as per CoinMarketCap. According to Indian exchange WazirX, BTC price stood at Rs 22.72 lakh.

Ethereum (ETH) Price Today

ETH price stood at $1,631.59 marking a 24-hour dip of 1.00 percent at the time of writing. As per WazirX, Ethereum price in India stood at Rs 1.44 lakh.

Dogecoin (DOGE) Price Today

DOGE registered a 24-hour loss of 0.07 percent, as per CoinMarketCap data, currently priced at $0.06364. As per WazirX, Dogecoin price in India stood at Rs 5.5674.

Litecoin (LTC) Price Today

Litecoin saw a 24-hour dip of 0.92 percent. At the time of writing, it was trading at $63.32. LTC price in India stood at Rs 5,526.00.

Ripple (XRP) Price Today

XRP price stood at $0.4961, seeing a 24-hour loss of 1.89 percent. As per WazirX, Ripple price stood at Rs 43.5000.

Solana (SOL) Price Today

Solana price stood at $19.54, marking a 24-hour dip of 1.64 percent. As per WazirX, SOL price in India stood at Rs 1,730.56.
