Cryptocurrency Price Today: Bitcoin Climbs Above $21,000, Ethereum Rises Above $1,600
Cryptocurrency price on November 6 quick take: The global crypto market cap stood at $1.05 trillion on Sunday.
Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), the two most-valued crypto coins in the world, managed to climb above the $21,000 and $1,600 range, continuing the slow bull run they have been seeing over the past week. Other popular altcoins — including the likes of Dogecoin (DOGE), Ripple (XRP), and Litecoin (LTC) — saw a mix of minor gains and losses across the board. The Chiliz (CHZ) token emerged to be the biggest gainer in the last 24 hours, with a jump of over 6 per cent. Axie Infinity (AXS), on the other hand, turned out to be the biggest loser, with a 24-hour dip of over 8 per cent.
At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap stood at $1.05 trillion, registering a dip of 1.03 per cent in the last 24 hours, as per CoinMarketCap data.
Bitcoin (BTC) price today
Bitcoin price stood at $21,238.59, seeing a minor 24-hour dip of 0.72 per cent, as per CoinMarketCap. According to Indian exchange WazirX, BTC price stood at Rs 18.06 lakhs.
Ethereum (ETH) price today
ETH price stood at $1,621.18, marking a 24-hour dip of 1.53 per cent at the time of writing. As per WazirX, Ethereum price in India stood at Rs 1.38 lakhs.
Dogecoin (DOGE) price today
DOGE registered a 24-hour gain of 0.91 per cent as per CoinMarketCap data, currently priced at $0.1251. As per WazirX, Dogecoin price in India stood at Rs 10.75.
Litecoin (LTC) price today
Litecoin saw a 24-hour jump of 1.91 per cent. At the time of writing, it was trading at $69.08. LTC price in India stood at Rs 5,996.76.
Ripple (XRP) price today
XRP price stood at $0.4901, seeing a 24-hour dip of 1.19 per cent. As per WazirX, Ripple price stood at Rs 41.98.
