Bank Holidays: Branches To Remain Shut For 13 Days In November 2024, Check State-Wise Holiday List Here

The holiday list is published annually by the Reserve Bank of India. These holidays are decided by the bank on the basis of festivals, state-based celebrations, weekend holidays, and national holidays

Bank Holidays in November 2024: During the month of November, banks are scheduled to remain closed for a total of 13 days due to both national and regional holidays.

The public is advised to manage their bank-related errands and appointments in November in consideration with the complete list of bank holidays given below. While this month has fewer holidays in comparison to last, there are certain long weekends in the month that bank employees can avail the benefit of.

The first weekend in the month includes the festival of Diwali followed by a Sunday holiday. So regions such as Belapur, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Gangtok, and Nagpur will see a 3-day long weekend, so customers in the region are advised to plan their financial errands in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

The holiday list is published annually by the Reserve Bank of India. These holidays are decided by the central bank on the basis of festivals, state-based celebrations, weekend holidays, and national holidays. Typically, banks in the country follow a holiday on all Sundays and second and fourth Saturday each month.
