How To Make The Changes?

To make any alterations to your Aadhaar, visit the official website of the UIDAI. Click on the ‘Update Aadhaar’ section to begin making revisions to your document. On selecting the Update Address option, you will be redirected and have to log in using your Aadhaar number which is 16-digit long. Keep your mobile phone handy as the interface will also demand you to submit an OTP (one-time password). After verification, you will be able to access the dashboard and here you have to look for the ‘Document Update’ section to upload your identity or address proof documents. The existing details attached to your Aadhaar will be displayed here. After the required documents have been uploaded, you can click ‘Submit’. You can track your update status by accessing this portal.
