Nishant Gauraw – Decoding The Man Behind AI-Automated Disruptive Tech Solutions

As Artificial Intelligence spreads its imminent presence across different tech spheres, NG-NeXT is breaking the ground with disruptive software to help businesses augment their processes. Its founders Mr Nishant Gauraw, his brother Mr Parijat Verma and the former’s life partner, Mrs Anuranjana Verma, are creating an impact powered by a diverse team with strong work ethics and believe in overdelivering each time.

When asked about his childhood and the story behind his love for all things tech, Nishant Gauraw shared the following insights, “I grew up around computers and an innate love for programming languages. When I see today's generation searching for ways to fix a broken relationship on Google, I want to sit with them and guide them towards a more real and in-depth knowledge as well as prowess of computers and computing ability.”

In the twenty-third year of the twenty-first century, the wheels of gender equality and women empowerment are slowly turning. “My wife was the one who encouraged me to begin a venture of our own. A firm that is built on values and ethics and gives back to the society in equal measure.”, he conjectures. Born in a business family, she had the mental acuity and the business acumen to envision, conceptualize and conceive a firm delivering products beyond the regular fare. Nishant’s brother is an equally important cog in the wheel. “My brother, Parijat Verma, single-handedly envisioned, planned, and executed our pioneer HRMS system for internal usage, which we now also offer as a SaaS solution for businesses,” he says.

A deep sense of respect, consideration and empathy for women runs intricately in the veins of the firm. NG-NeXT recently led by example when it decided to offer menstrual leaves to its female employees to offer the best-in-class working environment and retain talent. The founder, Mr Gauraw, is patient with his employees regarding work. However, he believes in calling a spade a spade and says what needs to be said. Though he takes pride in the fact that no employee has been handed the pink slip so far, the greater good of the firm will lead the perspective if the need arises.
