Citroen C5 Aircross Bookings Start In India: Here's How Early Bidders Can Win 5-Yr Complimentary Maintenance

Citroen also revealed that all early-bird customers booking for C5 Aircross will be eligible for a complimentary maintenance package of five years of 50,000 km.

New Delhi: The French car manufacturer Citroen, which is all set to launch its first car in India, has now started accepting bookings for the all new C5 Aircross SUV. As per reports, Citroen India has also started inaugurating its new showrooms across the country and customers have an option to either book the SUV from showroom or online.

Making the announcement, the French automaker said that order books are open for a token amount of Rs 50,000 on Citroen's official website and also at its La Maison dealerships stores available across the country. 

Citroen also revealed that all early-bird customers booking for C5 Aircross will be eligible for a complimentary maintenance package of five years of 50,000 km.

As per the notification, the offer will only be applicable for those who make their bookings on or before April 6, 2021 and for deliveries till June 30, 2021. The SUV is likey to be launched in the first week of April.

Citroen is yet to confirm the launch date for the C5 Aircross and cost of the SUV is still not revealed. However, the French car is said to be contesting in Rs 25- Rs 30 lakh segment and would take on the likes of the Jeep Compass, the Hyundai Tucson plus and to some extent the Volkswagen Tiguan AllSpace.

The India specification of C5 Aircross would get as many as seven colour variants - including 3 dual-tone options and the 18-inch wheels would be standard. Sunroof, cushion suspension, Acoustic windshield glass, all-LED headlights, powered seats, touchscreen infotainment system, dual-zone climate control and digital instrument console are some of the other features of the all-new SUV. In terms of safety, the C5 Aircross is said to be equipped with 6 airbags, traction control, Blind Spot Monitoring system, electric parking brake, front and rear parking sensors, cameras, child safety seating systems and others.
