The ten-day Ganesh Utsav begins with Ganesh Chaturthi and concludes on Anant Chaturdashi. During this period, installing and worshipping Lord Ganesha is believed to remove all obstacles and bring blessings.

September 8, 2024 (Sunday) - Rishi Panchami

The Rishi Panchami fast absolves women from errors committed during their menstrual period. During this time, worship of the Saptarishis (seven great sages) is performed.
