The last Mokshada Ekadashi of the year 2023 will be observed on both December 22 and 23. According to the Panchang, the Ekadashi Tithi of the Shukla Paksha in the Margashirsha month begins at 8:16 AM on December 22, 2023, and concludes at 7:11 AM on December 23, 2023.

  • December 22, 2023: In the Hindu tradition, the Ekadashi fast is typically observed on the sunrise of the Ekadashi Tithi. However, when the Ekadashi Tithi spans two days, householders (Smart Sampradaya) are advised to observe the fast on the first day.
  • December 23, 2023: On this day, followers of the Vaishnav tradition will observe the Mokshada Ekadashi fast, also known as Vaishnav Ekadashi. Sannyasis and saints are recommended to observe the Ekadashi fast on the second day.

Vrat Parana Time:

For those observing the Mokshada Ekadashi fast on December 22, 2023, the Vrat Parana time is between 1:22 PM and 3:25 PM on December 23, 2023. Similarly, followers of the Vaishnav tradition can break their fast between 7:10 AM and 9:14 AM on December 24, 2023.
