Night Curfew Extended Till September 30 In Andhra Pradesh; Here Are Full Details
The night curfew be in place from 11 PM to 6 AM across the state
Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh state government on Tuesday extended the night curfew from 11 PM to 6 AM in the state from September 16 to September 30.
Taking note of upcoming festivals and the Covid curve hasn't flattened yet in the state, the state CMO has decided to further extend the night curfew in state with no change in timings. The CM further directed the school mangements to strictly adhere to the curfew rules imposed by the state government.
Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh has reported 1,125 covid cases in the last 24 hours. With this the current active caseload in the state standing at 14,412, till date 14,019 people have been succumbed to the deadly virus in the state. The total caseload of 20,29,079 registered in the state, of which 20,00,648 Covid patients have been discharged.

Chittoor stands atop in registering positive cases in last 24 hours as 210 cases have been registered while total deceased in the district are 1,876 followed by Nellore (184), Krishna (164) and West Godavari (161). With 2,537 total active cases, Nellore district tops the list.
Krishna district saw three more COVID-19 deaths, West Godavari two, East Godavari, Guntur, SPS Nellore and Prakasam one each in the last 24 hours.
