MQM exposes ISI, NACTA's conspiracy

London [United Kingdom], July 14 (ANI): Muttahidda Qaumi Movement's (MQM) Coordination Committee Convener Dr Nadeem Ehsan, Deputy Convener Qasim Ali Raza and all members have said that Pakistan has prepared another "devastating" conspiracy against the Movement.

According to the statement issued by MQM, "The conspiracy is that Pakistan's National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) has written to Sindh Home Minister, Inspector General (IG) of Police, Sindh and Pakistan Rangers Sindh Director General (DG) in which the NACTA claimed that MQM UK had assigned to fatally target certain leaders of political parties through target killers in Karachi."

"Thus, the NACTA continued to write, that the targeted assassinations of second tier of PSP, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari of Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Arif Qureshi of PPP, Afaq Ahmed Baig of Haqiqi, Amir Khan, Faisal Sabzwari and Khawaja Izharul Hassan of MQM (Pakistan) and Faisal Wawda and Ali Zaidi of Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaaf (PTI) might not be ignored," the statement read.

The MQM claimed that the content of that letter from the NACTA are completely fraudulent, misleading, condemnable and notoriously designed to malign the law-abiding Movement.

"The Movement finds no words to slam and condemn such sick mentality of the Authority (NACTA)," Dr Ehsan and Raza deplored.

They said that the NACTA has hatched this conspiracy so that the Movement could be alleged of targeted assassinations of aforementioned people following which the pace of genocidal military crackdown against the Mohajir Nation could be accelerated along with media trial of the Movement as is the history of the "ghoulish military" of Pakistan.

That NACTA letter, to the best belief and information of the Movement, is the product of "sick and terror-promoting" Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), which is Pakistan military's prime secret service, they claimed.

They also said that having repeatedly been failed to crush the Movement, the military establishment has hatched a fresh conspiracy and surely they would once again remain ashamed of their sick mentality.

Dr Ehsan, Mr. Raza and members of the Movement's Coordination Committee asked the caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan, caretaker interior minister, caretaker Sindh Chief Minister and officials of all law enforcing authorities to provide fool proof security to aforementioned persons, second tier of PSP, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari of Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Arif Qureshi of PPP, Afaq Ahmed Baig of Haqiqi, Amir Khan, Faisal Sabzwari and Khawaja Izharul Hassan of MQM (Pakistan) and Faisal Wawda and Ali Zaidi of PTI so that the planners of their assassinations should be made a failed drama.

The MQM categorically asserted that in case any of the aforementioned gets assassinated or hurt, then the NACTA and the terror-promoting ISI it would be solely responsible.

"Dr Ehsan, Mr. Raza and members said that the world is witness of Movement's peace and law-abiding policy and stances because none from the Movement had ever pelted a stone on draconian military personnel during genocidal military crackdown. This peace and law-abiding behaviours of the Movement has also irked and puzzled the military establishment that is why they are always bent upon maligning the Movement through their nefarious plots and conspiracies," the statement added.
