11 dead in Yemen suicide attack

Sana'a [Yemen], Jan 30 (ANI): A suicide attack on a military checkpoint in southeastern Yemen has left at least 11 people dead.

The residents reportedly stated that gunmen opened fire on the check point after a suspect drove his explosives-laden car into the checkpoint, located northeast of Ataq, the capital of the Yemeni province of Shabwa, according to several media reports.
