Word Rafale pinches as there has been stealing: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi said that there was a stealing in Rafale buying and whole nation knows about it. He added that the word Rafale is pinching them as there is guilt and this is why Defence Minister Rajnath Singh himself went to France to be in handing over ceremony. "Such has never happened as they have guilt and hence the went till France. The word Rafale pinches them," Rahul Gandhi added
