China issues a white paper on Corona titled 'China in Action'

China is being globally criticized over COVID-19. China has now issued a white paper on the novel coronavirus titled, 'China In Action'. In this White Paper, China has described the action being taken by it against coronavirus. As per this White Paper, China issued a medical emergency between 27 December to 19 January.
